Bloggers always wanted to have the freedom of writing posts and then go to sleep with froodom of post getting published and their chosen time while they are still sleeping. Not a big thing... bloggers in English always had this option atleast in wordpress. But that was never the case for Hindi Bloggers especially for those with blogger. It all resulted in murder of Rinku and then suicide by Amit.
Amit's friends said he was 'an intelligent bloke' they ever come across.
"He was very intelligent. Amit would use network sniffers to peep into what was happening in others' desktops," recalled a friend, who came to St John's Hospital.
"People used to be very careful of their computer security as they knew that there was a 'Peeping Tom' monitoring their actions. Amit used a software called Iris to replicate what was displayed on a desktop," the friends added.

Apart from the mail today news I had some more friends in corridors who confirmed the details but no other newspaper or site carried the Item. Then I wrote that confusion indicating posts and now see everyone knows that news i broke was damn right.

But I admit that the confusion still looms large on wether CPC Report is actually submitted to finance ministry or not. Though it is expected that report may be tabled in parliament on Monday. but Isn't it strange that though the Mail Today carried the the news of submission of report but surprisingly no other paper covered it, not only on Friday but even after the mail today coverage this item did not figure on Saturday in HT, Hindu or any other paper. So The question remained where the CPC report is... On Finance Minister PC's table I hope.

Race (Director:Abbas Mastan) is released today. While everybody is is looking for its quality review, but Hindi Blogosphere has just one to offer. Though Hindi blogosphere is trailing on quanitity, thankfully that is not the case with quality. Not everyone loves Holi. There is very large chunk of people who just hate this festival. Wet colors on skin is not very pleasant touch to them. It is not just the question of touch though. Theoretically holi is all about Toli, that is power. It is a festival where the powerful, muscle-power always wins. This one festival is open struggle, it is a mock war.

Sixth pay panel recommends 40 per cent salary hike for all
THE JUSTICE B. N. Srikrishna Committee Report on the Sixth Central Pay Commission recommendations, promising a 40 per cent hike for all central government employees, was handed over to the Finance Ministry on Thursday. The report is especially generous to the armed forces. If the recommendations are approved, the service chiefs will draw more than the Cabinet Secretary, with their salary at Rs 1 lakh per month as compared to the Cabinet Secretary, whose salary has been ' fixed' at Rs 80,000 per month. As far as central government employees are concerned, the scales have been reduced from 38 to 16, starting with a group D peon and going up to Cabinet Secretary. The recommendations envisage a running scale up to the rank of director, but from the rank of Joint Secretary up, the pay scales have been fixed. This was earlier true only for secretaries and the cabinet secretary. The pay commission has recommended fixed scales from the level of joint secretary ( Rs 60,000) to the cabinet secretary ( Rs 80,000)

The blog I am discussing today is one I swear by. This is super duper hit of Hindi Blogosphere. It is the chavvani chap by a leading film critic. In this sense chavvani chap is a celebrity blog. In Hindi print, this blogger leads the critic opinion, not getting the due attention in the blogosphere, but still a very respected voice on cinema review and views. I happened to meet the chavvani chap and what a wonderful evening that was. The blog regularly review the upcoming and ongoing Hindi movies.
In his post the chavvani chap slams the new movie 26th July at Barista by director Mohan Sharma. It predicts a down thumb total flop for twenty sixth July... similarly Black and White by Subhash Ghai is equally failure, though thanks to tax sops in Delhi and Maharashtra it may recover some of the investment. The post is a short but sensible insight to the box-office collection of current screenings.
These two failures are good news for otherwise not so good movie Jodha Akbar as it will continue to draw audience this weekend as well. Upcoming movie Race, a thriller by Abbas Mastan is keenly waited.

"The image of a hatchback and styling of Swift is carried forward to the Sedan. The new car will be available in both petrol and diesel variants," Maruti Suzuki India Ltd Executive Officer (Marketing and Sales) Mayank Pareek told reporters here.
On the pricing of the new car, Pareek declined to share details. However according to the company sources, the petrol variant is expected to be priced between Rs 4.75 to Rs 5 lakh, while the diesel variant would be available for above Rs 5.5 lakh.

As suggested in Hindi Blog for karmcharis, the keenly waited report of Sixth Central Pay commission is due to be submitted by 4th April. But now the sixth pay commission news is that is will be out on 20th March. So day after tomorrow is the de day. It will recommend a meager 20% hike in basic. It is pathetic to sum up.
But as an content watcher of Internet I find sixth pay commission really interesting net phenomenon. There are already communities on Orkut that tracks news and rumors about pay panel. Many segments give their side of sad stories, of discrimination and pathetic working conditions. Take Army officers for example, do you know (I didn't know) that most officers get far poor deal then pan chewing babus secretariat ( These IAS and IPS, who freely go and murder the Shivanis, get most of pay, and pay panels). ARMY AN OPTION FOR YOUTH?

WHY?
To get the answer read the lines below very carefully and seriously.
In an organisation where 80 percent of officers get superceded at the service of just 16-17 years It means that 80 percect get no promotion after the age of around 38/39 years and start waiting for retirement till their age is 54 years. Not only this, once they get superceded at the Rank of Lt Col (at the age of 38/39 years) they are forced to stay in the pay scale of 15100—18700.Now in this pay scale they reach at the maximum of this pay scale at the service of just 22 years (it means at the age of 43/44 years).
Now just imagine when this lot of officers interact with young boys in civil do you expect them to give a good image of army? This superceded lot which is increasing every years at the rate of approximately 500/600 will impact much more than any other advertisement campaign by army.
This country is not giving army officers even equal to what any other class one job officer is getting (just forget IAS /IPS for a moment)the calculations in support of this fact is given at the end of this article.
In IMA the first thing is taught is that “WHEN RAPE IS ENEVITABLE ENJOY IT” that is what all army men who are forced to stay in army due various reasons are doing it. No amount of disscussion can bring the realities of army life. Mind you it is worse than your imagination.
If you want to do something for army at least put them equal to other class one job. Do not try to make Brigadier of General just give them the minimum basic pay scale which is being given to any other class one job.
For example in any other class one job all officers who are directly selected and start with the pay scale of 8000 –13500.
100 percent of them achieve the pay scale of 16400—22400 at the service of 15/16 years . At least give this much to army also. At present only 20 percent ( colonel rank)go into that pay scale that too upper limit is just 19350 for them
