Take today's post for example, Lokesh cite case from Germany. In this case a lorry driver was pronounced not gulity of talking on mobile phone while driving. Argument of the driver was that he was holding mobile close to ear because due to charging, it was hot and he was heating ears to get some releif from pain. Now this is one application of mobile phone that even phone companies did not think of. Now if someone say that such and such latest model of phone is HOT then you know what does it mean :)
