Cabinet meeting tomorrow and one agenda item everyone is looking forward to is VI pay commission. CPC figures as agenda in Thursday's meeting. Jammu and Kashmir troubles notwithstanding, Cabinet is likely to give its nod to implementation of 6th pay commission with minor changes. Finance ministry is still insisting to keep 1 Jan 2007 as the date of implementation though CPC recommended Jan 2006 as date, whether PM accept it or not, is to be seen.
