The Hindi the English and The Lalu Prasad Yadav's Poetry

This one light and funny. Lalu while presenting his Rail Budget became a translator of sort and the guy didn't start with cow's essay..he took a poetry, self composed one (or may be speech writer written) and the lalu took the responsibilty of translating it on the floor of the house..LokSabha..wow the reprsentative house of India Democracy.
